Teacher Training

Effective teacher training in alignment with today's digital skills requirements is at the core of Codex's integrated solution. Our teacher training program upskills in-service teachers with relevant knowledge of current, effective teaching tools, and techniques to transform the art of teaching from a teacher-centred approach to a learner-centred approach.

Using the revised national teaching curriculum, our teacher training approach involves re-training in-service teachers, or teachers in active teaching in primary and secondary school. The revised curriculum emphasises digital learning as part of the required knowledge base, which will also serve as a necessary skill upgrade for teachers.

We also work with the Teacher Learning Network (TLN), a social intervention initiative designed to develop a rich level of competency and understanding in teachers to transform the quality of basic education and improve the availability of learning methods to students.
